1. Sampling in accordance with the analysis conditions belongs to the customer.
2. It is the customer's responsibility to transport, package and preserve the sample until it is accepted at the laboratory. The laboratory cannot be held responsible for the negativities that may occur in the analysis results due to these factors.
3. The application of samples that do not comply with the sample acceptance criteria is accepted after the laboratory states that the analysis is not reliable and will be written in that way in the report.
4. The customer must code and sort samples by the sample accepting and reporting unit. The coding should be written on the samples so that they cannot be erased.
5. In order for the applications to be accepted, the relevant Analysis Request Forms must be filled in completely and signed by authorized persons.
6. By filling out and signing the Analysis Request Forms, the customer accepts that the sample sent for analysis (if any) declares its harmful effects on human and environmental health, and that it will be responsible for any nonconformities that may occur if it does not.
7. After the analysis fee is determined according to the prices in the price list, it is deposited into the SİÜBTUAM bank account in Ziraat bank. (Ziraat Bank Siirt branch, Account Name: Central Research Laboratory IBAN: (TR620001000094621307525034)
8. The declared analysis times are estimated times and the laboratory cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur due to reasons beyond our control. When there is a deviation from the promised conditions, the customer is informed in writing or verbally.
9. The customer undertakes to be ready at the specified laboratory at the time of the appointment, to notify at least one day in advance if he is not ready for compulsory reasons, otherwise he will pay the analysis fee.
10. Samples requested to be returned by the customer are returned together with the analysis report. If these samples are not received within fifteen days, they will be destroyed. After the analysis processes are completed, the samples, which can be stored unless otherwise stated by the customer, are stored under appropriate conditions for three months. It is destroyed after this period.
11. All postage/shipping costs belong to the customer.
12. An analysis report is not prepared until the document showing that the analysis and service fee has been paid is submitted to the laboratory.
13. The customer undertakes that the analysis results belong only to the sample analyzed, that they will not be used for commercial purposes and that the name of the SIU Laboratory will not be mentioned in the advertisements and/or the product in question will be approved by the SIU laboratory.
14. Siirt Courts are authorized in cases of disagreement.
